"If a minority that keeps all their rights, can appeal unjust laws to the courts, and benefits from all the same government programs as the majority is being tyrannized... bring on the tyranny."
Then they both stood in front of the line of them. I'm gonna do a dare now.
Off to the left of the pickup, MacLean in the Range Rover keeps perfect pace with the back end. I sat on the bog and let it run out of me.
He exhaled. Let's go!" There was a chorus of cheers and laughter from the many bikers as Hannah Alexls her head back and brought the edge of the pitcher against her lips. "No problem honey, but you keep that one, pocs I will get another from my room" I said, "ok, hurry" she said while smiling again.
She looked at me in the eye, with her mouth open still gasping.
If they both go I cant see the problem.
Real Christianity does. And other non-Christian places, including the two most populated nations in the world.
Chiming in as a Canadian Jew (waving from the north).
I don't mind glorification of war so much; it's part of our culture, and there are things which happen during war which are not bad (valor, bravery, survival against all odds) and are rightly celebrated. Plus, the first verse----the one commonly sung at sporting events, etc.----contains mostly just celebration of the good things. We don't sing the other verses, and most people don't know there are other verses (much less can say what is in them). The other verses glorify death; I'm glad we ignore them. My position on the National Anthem would be different if we sang those, too.
"For one thing, why would they have him be humiliated and killed?"
Yeah, the (often off topic) long discussion between discussants aren't what counts to a success but the number of participants overall. And, maybe, the number of people who's thoughts have been altered even if they didn't participate in the discussion. That's a thing you can't measure in numbers.
I know you are not a Trump fan boy. EVERYONE I speak to falls in to these traps with the exception of myself. I think I've met two people in Disqus who've self corrected.
UPVOTED FIFTY TIMES!
I know better than to waste my time with you. You are out of touch with reality and the truth, and then you crow like a ridiculous rooster about "winning" arguments when it is apparent that it is only within your own mind that you have bested anyone. It is sad frankly, and pretty pathetic. There are many other people here who are interested in factual debate and discourse that I can talk to, so why waste time with someone who is not interested in an honest discussion? Have a good day.
Dublin Texas Dr Pepper!!!!!!!!
So you compare your best city with our worst.
2 Tim doesn't claim inspiration
Your fallible opinion only, nothing more.
You got any statistics to back that claim or are you just hating on young people?
Which has what to do with jobs and Pelosi?
LOL, oh no no no, by your previous argument it was Congress that passed that legislation.
What? You don't acknowledge the quote because it was said by a black man? And
I know faith by the evidence of its practices, which are ably described as the feelings of shame, fear, anger, disgust, all wrapped in moral prevarications that always seem to apply to a Constitutive Other. Any idea that "philosophy" differs from "psychological processes" is fatuous. The only thing that gets us past bumping about in the dark is the commonality of reason, which faith disallows as pertinent.
It's just a few comments up, but here they are again. As a response to you saying, "All of these things may be wrong or against the law but they aren;t sin," I posed these 3 questions: "What makes them wrong? Why are there laws? Where did the morality to create these laws come from?"
Not rhetoric. Truth. The economy was shrinking rapidly and the debt-to-gdp ratio was growing due to this.
The "10 Commandments" are merely a SMALL PART of the Law Covenant made with Isreal. There were over 600 Laws they agreed to to govern their nation by.
I agree Sir Tainley that it's not new. But does that still not make a valid point? Look at the state of California, both literally and figuratively. It's falling apart, and a serious argument can be made to one of the contributors to that being an incredibly lax border policy.
Education is never truly worthless. There are many things that interest me that I would not borrow $60,000 to learn. The ROI just isn't there. Also - some of these things can be learned on line for free. Or one can travel and experience things first hand - like art.
Ella. For me, I think the scripture that annihilated any regard for Jesus even as s human were the scriptural verses that made the point that his own family and community (that I assume knew him best) thought Jesus was ?crazed and out of his mind?.
"Go be a woman, dress sexy and understand that the only thing keeping most from violating you is a piece of paper saying it's a crime and that they will be punished for doing so."
Yes...It has an abundance of meaning to YOU.
Heh. God's still on break "Hey you guys didn't go back to eating those tomatoes... What have you done?"
We seem to disagree on whether the act of childbirth inflicts physical trauma on a mother, and what risks it poses to her health.
they are an excellent stand in for extracurricular animals
Absolutely. This is something that I've written about quite a bit in the past.
Yeah. She resigned for the sake of the school?s reputation. Or well she retired.
